Rally Indira Primary School
First school established — providing free primary education for underprivileged children in Vijaypur.
Rally Vidyaganesha English Medium School
Quality English-medium education brought to children who could not otherwise afford it.
Child Sponsorship Programme
Rally child development and sponsorship programme launched. 960+ children supported through education, nutrition and counselling since then.
Rally Nivedita Old Age Home
Vruddhashrama established — giving senior citizens in Vijaypur a safe, caring, and dignified home.

Featured in Vijaya Karnataka newspaper — Vijaya Bali recognised as a beacon of light for orphaned children and elderly across the district.
